Matrikon appoints VRT as Systems Integrator for MES
Since the early 90's, VRT has been building custom MES/PIMS solutions for its customers, as it is only in recent years that
"packaged" solutions have been available. VRT's previous experience with MES/PIMS, along with a relationship with Matrikon dating back
to the mid 90s, helped to make this a good fit for both
companies.
The long relationship has given VRT first hand experience and confidence with the quality of Matrikon's software.
Matrikon Australia's exposure to the resource industries and the suitability of its software to these industries,
which form the backbone of VRT's customer base, was another compelling reason for the two companies to join forces.
Several VRT personnel have received training in Matrikon's major MES products.
